How does Hi Remi work?

Hi Remi is an AI-powered screening and sourcing tool that sits on top of your existing LinkedIn workflow as a Chrome extension. You set up a project by defining the role, the company you hire for, and your screening criteria including your custom screening criteria. Once your LinkedIn search is ready, Hi Remi automatically reads through each candidate profile, analyses them in context using a large language model, and returns a scored shortlist within minutes. Instead of reviewing hundreds of profiles one by one, you start your day with a ranked list of the candidates most likely to be a fit, each with a clear explanation of why they match or don’t.

Hi Remi is built for recruiters and headhunters who cannot afford to rely on bulk, spray-and-pray sourcing. It is designed for professionals who need to selectively match candidates to a wider context — the company culture, the business model, the ICP, the industry niche, the stage of growth, and the specific must-have experiences a role demands. What roles and industries can I hire with Hi Remi?

Hi Remi works across any role or industry where candidates have a LinkedIn presence. It has been used successfully for searches spanning pharma, manufacturing, B2B tech, D2C E-Commerce, medical devices, legal, finance, supply chain, sales, HR, and more from mid-level specialists through to senior and director-level positions. It is particularly valuable for niche roles where industry background, company type, or specific experience are critical to fit. Can I use Remi without a LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator?

Currently, we recommend users to use Remi only in combination with a Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter as our AI sourcing agent is not mature enough yet to deliver you the best results. 

Does Remi connect to my LinkedIn account?

Remi’s Sourcing plug-in is a browser extension and does not integrate with your LinkedIn account.  If you want to automate your outreach or create multi-step sequences in LinkedIn, you will have to sign in with your account. 

Where does Hi Remi get its candidates from?

Today, Hi Remi works with LinkedIn data, accessed through your own LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Light account and publicly available data provided by third-party solutions.  The extension reads the profiles that are visible to you in your browser — so your existing LinkedIn access determines your candidate pool. Looking ahead, Hi Remi is building integrations with external public datasets, which will expand sourcing beyond what is visible through LinkedIn alone. Your own internal candidate database will also be connectable in the future.

How does Hi Remi differ from Juicebox?

Juicebox and similar tools primarily rely on keyword matching — searching for titles, skills, or terms that appear in a profile. Hi Remi goes a step further by analysing the full profile in context: the company a candidate came from, what that company actually does, how long the candidate stayed, how recently they held a relevant role, and whether their background genuinely matches the environment your client is hiring for. Hi Remi also combines screening with enrichment and outreach automation in a single workflow, rather than requiring separate tools for each step.

How does Hi Remi differ from LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter?

Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter are sourcing tools provided by LinkedIn themselves, allowing you to filter your longlist out of a pool of billions of candidates based on keywords and structured criteria. Hi Remi helps you shortlist those search results based on your specific company and role context — so you don’t spend hours going through every profile one by one.

Do I need LinkedIn Recruiter to use Hi Remi?

LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Light or Sales Navigator is the recommended way to get the best results, as it gives you access to broader search filters and a larger candidate pool.

The quality and range of your shortlist will naturally reflect the quality of the long list you build in LinkedIn.

Can I enrich candidates' emails and social profiles with Hi Remi?

Yep! Hi Remi includes enrichment as part of the platform. Once candidates are screened and shortlisted, Hi Remi will automatically surface any publicly available contact information — including email addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, Behance/Dribbble. 

Can Hi Remi understand contextual criteria, not just keywords?

Yes, and this is one of Hi Remi’s key differentiators. Unlike keyword-based tools, the AI analyses the full profile in context — considering the candidate’s role, the company they came from, tenure, recency, job-hopping patterns, and more. It can also flag inconsistencies in your search criteria (for example, if you ask for 8 years of experience with a tool that has only existed for 10 years).

Will Hi Remi support automated outreach — LinkedIn messages and email sequences?

Yes, this is actively being built and expected to launch soon. It will support multi-channel sequences including LinkedIn connection requests, automated InMails, and email follow-ups. AI-generated personalised messages based on the job description will also be included.

Will Hi Remi integrate with my ATS?

ATS integration is on the roadmap for 2026. The goal is to allow you to shortlist candidates out of your own data-pool and also export shortlisted candidates directly into your ATS. Custom integration discussions are open on request. 

What does Hi Remi cost?

Customers that join our closed beta-group before the official launch benefit from a special beta-deal which includes unlimited screening credits, unlimited enrichment credits, and onboarding/training. This is a special launch rate available to companies who join before the public launch. After that, pricing will increase and additional features may be sold separately.
