When using Hi-Remi.ai, we collect:
- Personal Information: First name, last name, company name, email, and password.
- Hiring Information: Job descriptions, recruitment needs, and hiring preferences.
- Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, and interactions with our platform.

- Hotjar – User behavior analytics
All third-party processors comply with GDPR and process only essential data.
Hi-Remi.ai does not share user (recruiter) data with the third-party provider. Only publicly available candidate data is received from them.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
How long do we store candidate data?
- Publicly available candidate data is stored for a maximum of six months.
- After six months, candidate data is automatically deleted, unless required for legal compliance.
User (recruiter) data is retained as long as necessary to provide our services or until the user requests deletion.
Users cannot store candidate data beyond the six-month retention period within Hi-Remi.ai.

- Some third-party processors may store or process data outside the EEA.
