7. Data Retention & Deletion

How long do we store candidate data?

• Publicly available candidate data is stored for a maximum of six months.
• After six months, candidate data is automatically deleted, unless required for legal compliance.

User (recruiter) data is retained as long as necessary to provide our services or until the user requests deletion.

Users cannot store candidate data beyond the six-month retention period within Hi-Remi.ai.
